The DTF Warehouse Air Purifier Mini is a compact extraction and filtration unit designed for small to medium DTF curing ovens. It uses dual purification filters to help remove fumes produced during the DTF curing process.
The purifier is supplied with an adjustable air hose and is designed to be positioned close enough to the curing oven to achieve effective suction without exposing the purifier directly to excessive heat.
You must read the supplied warning and operating instructions before using the Air Purifier Mini.
Leave approximately a 2-inch gap between the curing oven exhaust opening and the purifier intake / hose pickup. Do not place or seal the air purifier inlet directly over the curing oven exhaust hole.

Start by checking the hose route. Make sure the tubing is not kinked, flattened or bending sharply, and remove unnecessary excess tubing where possible.
Check that the intake is positioned close enough to the curing oven exhaust to capture the fumes while still maintaining approximately a 2-inch safety gap.
Start at around 60% power and increase the setting gradually until efficient suction is achieved. If airflow remains poor, inspect the internal filters because heavily used filters can reduce airflow.
