Terms & Conditions Return, Exchange and Refund Policy Last updated: March 2023

 

Thank you for shopping at DTF WAREHOUSE. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our Terms &  policy on refunds, exchanges, cancelations and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

 

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS Interpretation The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. DTF TRANSFERS CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Due to the bespoke nature of custom-printed artwork, your order is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as it involves goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Cancellation Window (Pre-Approval Only)

You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 calendar days only if your artwork has not yet been approved for printing.

To cancel, you must inform us by clear written communication via email at:

Once cancellation is confirmed and provided your artwork has not been approved, we will issue a full refund within 14 day of receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at checkout. No cancellation or refund will be accepted once artwork approval has been given or the printing process has begun.

Important Notes on Custom Artwork:

  • All artwork will be printed exactly as uploaded by the customer.
  • We do not accept responsibility for errors in artwork that is submitted incorrectly, including resolution, colour issues, layout, or sizing.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their file meets the necessary print requirements before submission.

    DISCLAIMER: By uploading your artwork, you confirm that you understand the limitations of DTF printing, and accept that your file will be printed as provided. No refunds will be given for errors or dissatisfaction arising from artwork submitted in a format or quality that does not meet our specifications.

DTF PRINTING: COPYRIGHT MATERIAL DISCLAIMERS

WE DO NOT condone the use of copyright material. We do not take any responsibility for the content to which is emailed, uploaded or requested to DTF WAREHOUSE. This is the understanding of the customer to if they have permission to use any or all such content which may be subject to copyright restrictions.

Returns & Refund Policy

We comply fully with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

If you change your mind about an item you’ve purchased, you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days of receiving it. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original, unopened packaging.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess it — in line with consumer law.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Certain items cannot be returned for refund or exchange due to their nature. These include:

    Perishable or consumable goods where hygiene or safety is affected once opened — such as:
  • Ink cartridges or Ink bottles
  • Cleaning fluids or liquid solutions
  • Sealant or flush solutions
  • If the seal has been broken on any of the above items, they are considered used and not eligible for return, even if unused.
  • Printheads are non-returnable once installed, connected, or used. If a printhead has been:
  • Plugged into a printer
  • Had ink or any fluid passed through it
    it is deemed used and cannot be resold or returned.

    Please ensure you have ordered the correct item for your specific equipment before opening or installing it. If in doubt, contact us before use.

    Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If the item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. In these cases:
  • We will cover the cost of return postage.
  • Faults must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

RETURNING GOODS

 You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the return address as stated on your original shipping label that was on your item. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable delivery service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. 

PRINTERS, SHAKERS, PRINTER BUNDLES, CURING OVENS, AIR PURIFIERS/EXTRACTORS

All warranties on these items (IF APPLICABLE AND A WARRANTY IS STATEDDO NOT cover the the shipping cost for replacement parts. This cost is to be covered by the consumer & the consumer may be offered alternative shipping times and or costs for any or all replacement parts to aid the consumer. Time frames for shipping of replacement parts cannot be guaranteed due to stock levels. Cancelations are unavailable once your order has been placed, if your cancelation is processed PRIOR to the order being processed, your refund will be subject to any and all fees occurred by DTF WAREHOUSE. Returns & exchanges are not available for Printers, Shakers & Printer bundles and the consumer is required to apply the correct maintenance to these items. DTF WAREHOUSE will not be liable for any damage to Printers, Shakers, Printer Bundles, Curing Ovens, Air Purifiers/Extractors due to user error.

CONSUMABLES

All of DTF WAREHOUSE, DTF INK, UV INK, DTF PET film, DTF/UV & all other consumables have been designed to work with DTF WAREHOUSE products and have not been testing with other manufactures products. We cannot guarantee that our products will work with other manufactures and results may vary. Consumables cannot be refunded due to the nature of the product. Consumables will also not be refundable if issue has occurred when using in injunction with another manufactures consumables.

DTF Items are specialised (developed or designed for a special activity or function) equipment, therefor instructions will not always be supplied with the item. By purchasing these items you are AGREEING that you have an understanding of the application or usage of the item you are purchasing.
